Internship Program Goals
The internship program at Endicott College prepares students for the following:
1. Apply, integrate, and evaluate knowledge within a particular academic disciplineDevelop competencies for careers and community service.
2. Explore career options and gain field experience.
3. Foster personal growth through increased self-confidence, interpersonal skills, an understanding of self and others, and a heightened awareness of ethical standards.
4. Improve the ability to learn in a self-directed manner.

Internship Requirements
Freshmen Year:
Internship 100 - 120 hour internship during winter or summer break
Internship 010 - Preparation in resume building, finding internship sites, and preparing for field work
Sophomore Year:
Internship 200 - 120 hour internship during winter or summer break
Internship 020 - Finding internship sites and reviewing/updating resume
Senior Year (or Spring Semester Junior Year):
Semester Internship - a 14-week full time internship for 12 credits
Internship 100 - 120 hour internship during winter or summer break
Internship 010 - Preparation in resume building, finding internship sites, and preparing for field work
Sophomore Year:
Internship 200 - 120 hour internship during winter or summer break
Internship 020 - Finding internship sites and reviewing/updating resume
Senior Year (or Spring Semester Junior Year):
Semester Internship - a 14-week full time internship for 12 credits
